Southsea Spirit is operated by Southsea Spirit Limited, trading as Southsea Spirit.

We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, but menus, prices, opening hours, events, availability and other details may change.
Images are for illustrative purposes and products and drinks may vary slightly from those shown.
Bookings
Table bookings are subject to availability.
If you are unable to attend a booking, please let us know as soon as possible.
Additional terms, deposits or cancellation conditions may apply to particular bookings, events or private hire arrangements. Where they do, these will be communicated before your booking is confirmed.
Private hire
Private hire bookings may be subject to a hire fee, minimum spend, deposit and agreed cancellation terms.
The specific conditions applicable to your event will be confirmed with you as part of the booking process and will form part of your agreement with us.
Events
Tickets or places for Southsea Spirit events may have event-specific cancellation or refund conditions. These will be made clear when booking.
Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you may have.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are subject to any validity period and conditions stated when purchased or on the voucher itself.
Gift vouchers cannot normally be exchanged for cash.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Online purchases
Prices will be displayed at the point of purchase.
Where you purchase goods online, your statutory cancellation and return rights will apply where applicable.
Any delivery charges and estimated delivery information will be shown before completing your order.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Alcohol
Alcohol will only be sold and supplied in accordance with UK licensing law.
Where alcohol is available to purchase online, you must be 18 or over to purchase it and appropriate age verification may be required.
We reserve the right to refuse the sale or supply of alcohol where age cannot be satisfactorily verified.
Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices, menus and offers at any time.
Promotions
Promotions and special offers are subject to availability and may have their own conditions.
Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be used in conjunction with another offer.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Intellectual property
The Southsea Spirit name, branding, website content, photography, graphics and other original material on this website may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission unless otherwise stated.
