HARRIET

Harriet is always dreaming up new ideas for Southsea Spirit. From cocktails and collaborations to community events and creative projects, she's constantly looking for new ways to bring people together—one neighbourhood bar at a time.

charlotte

Charlotte is the heart of the day-to-day running of Southsea Spirit. From welcoming guests and leading the team to shaking cocktails on a busy Saturday night, she creates the warm, relaxed atmosphere that keeps people coming back.

it started with a van

 

2020 - The Gin Emporium began as a mobile gin bar, travelling across the South Coast serving weddings, festivals and celebrations. It was our first step towards creating something of our own.

2021 - One bottled cocktail recipe turned into Southsea Spirit Tropical Gin. What started as a single spirit became the foundation for a much bigger idea.

2023 - We found a tiny bar on Albert Road and made it our home. Today, Southsea Spirit is an award-winning neighbourhood bar built on great drinks, genuine hospitality and bringing people together.

A neighbourhood bar is only as good as the people behind it. Every member of the Southsea Spirit team brings their own personality, but we all share the same belief—that great hospitality is about making everyone feel welcome.
