Birthdays, baby showers, celebrations, work drinks or just a very good excuse to get everyone together.

Take over the whole of Southsea Spirit for up to 40–45 guests — bar, back room and garden included. We’ll work with you on a choice of 3–5 cocktails, alongside our usual drinks menu.

Bring your own food, add your own decorations and make the place yours.

Ideal for baby showers, birthdays, family celebrations and daytime get-togethers.

A private afternoon at Southsea Spirit before we open for the evening.

Disco balls hanging from the ceiling create light reflections on the dark ceiling, with one prominent disco ball casting a shadow on a wall with peeling paint. The wall features colorful framed artwork and a pink poster reading 'I PRETEND TO WORK'.

JUST NEED A LITTLE SPACE?

You don’t need to hire the whole bar to celebrate with us.

Our back room can accommodate around 10 guests and can be reserved for smaller gatherings while the rest of the bar remains open.

There’s no minimum bar spend, but a small service charge applies for exclusive use of the space.
