Our mission is to redefine what a community neighbourhood bar means. Southsea Spirit is all about real, face-to-face interactions in this age of online connections.

We’re not about the frills or over-the-top drinks; we keep it simple and real with the finest ingredients. If wine's your thing, you’ll love our handpicked selection. Beer lovers, don’t worry—we’ve got a small but solid choice for you too.

  • We run table service at Southsea Spirit. With that in mind, please always be patient and kind. We don't add service charges, so tipping is at your discretion.

  • We're a small place with 26 seats across two rooms. Groups of 6+ can get in touch to book, and we'll do what we can to accommodate. Smaller groups can walk in, first come, first serve.

  • You do you -wear whatever makes you feel good and comfortable.

  • YEP! We can accommodate 40 people across our two rooms with seating and standing. If you have a party or celebration, we'd love to host you! Email us - hello@southseaspirit.co.uk. Please drop us a DM on socials or pop by for a chat. We'll work with you to make things super special.

    NOTE: We don't have a kitchen at Southsea Spirit, but we have a heap of local businesses we recommend and work with to bring delicious food to you.
